Myrmecia Nigrocincta

Myrmecia Nigrocincta are very comparable to Nigriceps in terms of basically everything, though Nigrocincta are smaller, with slightly less agression, but with a gorgeous appearance, so they would be great for a starter myrmecia species.

Egg laying cycles are as frequent as Nigriceps, which in terms of Myrmecia, is very often, so whilst patience is still required, it's much easier to deal with for the average keeper.

For their care, a constant water supply is needed, they need heat, and like an arid environment, with a consistant feeding schedule, especially when larvae is present.
